Three Egyptians arrested following escape attempt at Sintiki, Serres
Three Egyptian detainees attempted to escape from the closed facility at Sintiki at 05:20 in the early morning and were arrested by police officers.
Escape attempt from closed facility at Sintiki — three arrests
Three Egyptian detainees attempted to escape from the closed facility at Sintiki, in the Municipality of Sintiki in Serres Prefecture, according to ERT. The escape attempt took place at 05:20 in the early morning.
The three men were detected in time by police officers serving at the facility, who proceeded immediately to their arrest.
The Siderokastro Police Department filed charges against them. The three Egyptians are to be brought before a prosecutor.
