Three men in Thessaloniki charged with sexual crimes and child pornography
Police services in the city have completed an investigation that led to charges against three individuals. Among those arrested are two Greek nationals, aged 20 and 42, as well as a foreign national aged 41.
The first charge concerns an assault against a woman of foreign nationality, who is alleged to have been administered psychotropic substances prior to the act. The incident involves sexual violence and violation of the victim's sexual dignity.
Particularly concerning is the second case, which involves the abuse of a minor and the production of pornographic material. According to the evidence, the victim was initially approached via a social media platform. A personal meeting subsequently took place, during which the illegal acts were committed.
The prosecuting authorities also investigated a third incident involving violation of sexual dignity. The alleged violations are dated between March and July of the current year. The locations of the alleged offences are found in various neighbourhoods of Kalamaria and in other areas of the urban fabric of the co-capital.
The Kalamaria Department for the Prosecution and Investigation of Crimes prepared the relevant case files, which will be submitted to the prosecutor for further handling of the case.
