Three individuals were arrested following a pursuit with police on Kifissou after they had previously forced their way armed into a mobile telephone shop in the Patissia area.
During their raid, the perpetrators used weapons. They then attempted to flee, but the police pursued them and immobilised them.
The prosecutor brought serious charges against them. Specifically, they face three felonies and four misdemeanours, including attempted murder, attempted robbery in collaboration, illegal possession of firearms and aggravated use of weapons. They are also charged with illegal possession of ammunition, dangerous driving and failure to comply.
The arrested individuals were presented before an investigating judge, who granted them a deadline to submit their defence on Tuesday.
