Three foreign nationals aged 50, 51 and 52 have been arrested for the manslaughter of a 42-year-old in Anavyssos, following a violent incident at a residence.

Three men from abroad, aged 50, 51 and 52, were remanded in custody by police officers following an operation that took place on Tuesday evening in Anavyssos. The case concerns the death of a 42-year-old foreign national, who was found dead in the early hours of Monday, 22 June.
According to the findings of the authorities, the victim met with the perpetrators on the afternoon of Sunday, 21 June, inside the 51-year-old's house. There, a heated altercation broke out between the unfortunate man and one of the accused. During the quarrel, the perpetrator struck the victim on the head with a tree trunk, causing him serious injuries.
Rather than seek medical assistance, two of the three arrested individuals left the residence immediately after the incident. The death of the 42-year-old was the result of the absence of immediate medical care. The 51-year-old owner of the house remained at the crime scene.
The case file formed against the three arrested individuals includes charges of harbouring a criminal and obstructing justice. Additionally, the investigation has identified a fourth person, who is being sought by the authorities and is accused of intentional manslaughter as well as grievous bodily harm.
The three arrested individuals were brought before the competent prosecutor.
