Police discovered substantial quantities of various narcotics in an apartment in Tisno belonging to a 35-year-old citizen of the United Kingdom.

On Tuesday, 14 July, police conducted a search of a flat in Tisno where a 35-year-old man from the United Kingdom was staying. The operation was carried out on the basis of a court order from Šibenik.
Substantial quantities of psychoactive substances were found in the flat. Specifically, 286 ecstasy tablets were seized, almost ten and a half grams of cocaine, and around twenty grams of the same substance in crystalline form. More than fifty grams of ketamine were also confiscated. In addition, police officers found an electronic scale and a significant sum of money.
Officials believe the man intended to further distribute the seized substances. The operation involved officers from the Šibenik criminal police, the drugs suppression unit and the Police Directorate.
Following the investigation, the suspect was handed over to pre-trial supervision with a criminal complaint for unauthorised manufacture and trafficking in narcotics. The case has been forwarded to the state prosecutor's office in Šibenik.
