Police have arrested an elderly man from the Đurđevac area who threatened a 63-year-old victim. Illegal weapons and explosives were seized during a search.
74-year-old arrested near Đurđevac with rifle, pistol and mine
Police officers from Đurđevac have completed the criminal processing of a 74-year-old man from the wider area of that locality. According to suspicions, the elderly man threatened another man, 63 years old, from the same area earlier this year.
During the investigation, illegal items were found and seized at the suspect's residence: a hand-made rifle, a pistol, one cumulative grenade launcher mine and three cartridges.
The Koprivnica-Križevci police announced that they would submit a report against him to the competent state prosecutor's office, after which he will be handed over to the detention supervisor within the prescribed time limit.
