On that street, police officers noticed a young man who was carrying glass bottles. After ordering him to throw them on the ground, he did so, but then sharply pushed one of them, knocked him to the ground and tried to flee. Officers caught up with him and used physical force and handcuffs to subdue him and prevent further escape.

During criminal investigation, it was established that the individual was an adult with an alcohol level of 1.17 g/kg measured. The police officer he attacked sustained minor bodily injuries, whilst the young man sustained no injuries.
