Robbery of sleeping man in Debrecen – two women arrested by officers
Two women robbed a sleeping man in Debrecen: the stolen money was found by police in a sock, and the mobile phone under a flower pot.

According to information from police.hu, early on Tuesday a man from Füzesgyarmat called to report that while sleeping in Debrecen, his mobile phone and several tens of thousands of forints were stolen from his pocket. Officers who arrived at the scene questioned the victim, who said he had fallen asleep and when he came to, his valuables were already gone.
The uniformed officers arrested two women on the same morning, whom they connected to the theft. During the investigation, the stolen cash was found in one of their socks, and the phone was recovered from under a nearby flower pot.
The residents of Hajdúhadháza and Tiszaszentmárton were taken into custody; both made confessions. Police placed them in criminal detention on suspicion of robbery and initiated proceedings to bring them before the court.
