A 21-year-old man is accused of drug trafficking after he sold marijuana to three people in Balatonfüzfő in August 2024.

The Veszprém District Court has filed charges against a 21-year-old man, who is suspected of selling marijuana to three people in August 2024 – writes VEOL.
According to the charges, the man not only sold the drug but also consumed it together with his buyers. On the evening of 24 August 2024 in Balatonfüzfő, he was stopped while driving with two of his customers. Police officers found plant-based drugs wrapped in the man's jumper, and he was also carrying a digital scale which he used to weigh the drugs.
In addition to the dealer, the prosecution has also filed charges against one of the users for drug possession. The cases of the other two users were separated because they agreed to undergo treatment for at least six months, which could eliminate their criminal liability.
The prosecution requested a suspended prison sentence for the dealer, whilst recommending community service for the previously repeatedly convicted user.
