On Monday, the trial of the man known as the Aston Martin hit-and-run driver began at Győr District Court.
Trial begins for Győr Aston Martin hit-and-run driver
On Monday, Győr District Court opened the criminal trial against Cs. Dávid. The man is suspected of causing a fatal road accident through negligence.
The prosecution made an offer that if the man admitted responsibility, he would have to serve two years in prison and would be banned from driving for four years. Cs. Dávid and his legal representative, however, did not accept this agreement, instead requesting that evidentiary proceedings be conducted.
During the hearing, the defendant disputed how fast his vehicle was travelling at the moment of the collision.
