Gyöngyös police have arrested a twenty-nine-year-old local resident who committed multiple burglary thefts in the town in June. The man broke into two hospitality establishments, from which he stole cash and alcohol.
The suspect also attempted to open a parcel locker using hedge shears, but the attempt was unsuccessful.
Police identified and arrested L. András within days, who made a confessional statement during questioning. The investigating authority requested his detention, which the court ordered on 26 June.
