The Kaposvár District Court has ordered thirty days of pre-trial detention for the director of a municipal company in Fonyód.

The Kaposvár District Court has placed a man in thirty days of pre-trial detention. The man directed a municipal urban services company in Fonyód – reported ATV.
The authorities have initiated proceedings against the individual on suspicion of economically motivated offences. At the request of the prosecution, the court decided that releasing the man on bail would jeopardise the evidentiary proceedings, and therefore ordered his detention.
The decision is not yet final and can be appealed. The investigation continues, with the investigating authorities examining the circumstances of the case.
