Police discovered two suspects in the car park of an entertainment venue in Veszprém, where they found various suspected drug-related substances on them – according to Police.hu.
On the night of 10 July, patrol officers noticed a woman smoking a distinctively scented cigarette beside a car. During the check, she admitted to using a prohibited substance. The 27-year-old man from Keszthely, her companion, also acknowledged doing the same.
During the search, officers found a bag containing white powder in the man's clothing that resembled a narcotic substance. They also found a dose placed on a mobile phone display in the vehicle. In his bag was a container that held plant residue.
Both individuals were taken to the police station. The rapid test result came back positive. Investigators initiated criminal proceedings against them on charges of drug possession.
