The capital's police have launched an investigation into a death that occurred at a healthcare institution in the 12th district. According to information from the Budapest Police Headquarters, a 32-year-old woman was questioned as a suspect and then taken into custody.
The proceedings initiated following the report are investigating a suspected case of the crime of murder. The suspect is a doctor who was previously employed at Saint John Hospital, but according to television news reports no longer works at the institution.
Investigators questioned the woman, following which the authorities took her into custody. The court subsequently decided to place her in pre-trial detention.
