The Rome Prosecutor's Office has requested a life sentence for Mark Antony Samson, who has confessed to the murder of Ilaria Sula. According to ANSA Cronaca, the crime was committed in March of last year: Samson stabbed his ex-partner with a knife, placed the body in a sack and threw it from a cliff.
The defendant is accused of murder aggravated by premeditation and concealment of a corpse. During the closing arguments, the public prosecutors declared that the crime "was planned by Samson and carried out with cold-bloodedness".
