Police officers from the local police station in Fiuggi have reported a man residing in Rome for having mistreated his ex-partner. The intervention was triggered following a report received via the emergency number NUE 112.
The woman reported that, following a discussion, the man first insulted her and then violently grabbed her. This was not the first episode of aggression: on another occasion the victim had needed to seek medical care.
The man was reported, whilst for the woman the procedure established by the "Red Code" was activated, the priority pathway for cases of domestic and gender-based violence.
