A police check at the port of Bari, in south-east Italy, led to the seizure of three anti-tank missiles hidden in a van. The vehicle came from Greece and was being driven by a French national, who remains in custody approximately three months later.

The company attributed the incident to a "marking error" and emphasised that the driver possessed the necessary authorisations to transport that material.
Despite these clarifications from the manufacturer, the French driver remains in a state of custody whilst awaiting Italian judicial authorities to complete their investigations and clarify every aspect of the matter.
