Young woman reported for stalking in Sora

The police forces of Sora Police Station have referred a 27-year-old girl, a resident of the surrounding area, to the judiciary for the crime of stalking. The young woman allegedly flooded the man's professional email inbox with communications of an offensive and derogatory tone.

The investigation conducted by officers established that the messages had been sent over a period from April to July. A particularly serious element emerges from the fact that the 27-year-old allegedly acted with full awareness, despite having previously received a warning from the head of the Frosinone provincial police, which was notified to her in April.

Based on the evidence gathered, a report for harassment was filed.

It is necessary to clarify that the person reported enjoys the presumption of innocence: her position will be examined during the trial and only a final judgment will be able to establish any potential criminal responsibility.
