Man under investigation for assault on Ranucci denies links to Lavitola
Pellegrino D'Avino, a person under investigation by the Roman magistracy for his alleged role in the assault on journalist Sigfrido Ranucci, made spontaneous statements before prosecutors. Assisted by his lawyer Antonio Falconieri, he subsequently exercised his right not to answer.
During the interrogation, the man under investigation denied any knowledge of Walter Lavitola. He instead confirmed that he had previously collaborated with Gomes Clesio Tavares, linked to him by a longstanding relationship arising from their common work as security staff at nightclubs and private events in the Campania region. Regarding the victim of the assault, he stated that he did not know his identity and had never had any contact with him.
