A thirty-three-year-old originally from Casoria was stopped and arrested in the eastern outskirts of Naples after refusing to submit to a road control. The incident occurred near the Arzano roundabout, where a patrol from the Carabinieri mobile unit had signalled the driver to stop in the Miano district.

The man chose not to stop and attempted to flee. The chase concluded almost immediately, thanks to the power of the military's vehicle. The arrest was carried out moments after the fugitive opened the door.
