A sixteen-year-old minor has been arrested in recent hours as the suspected perpetrator of the gunshots that killed Anthony La Forgia, 23 years old, in the night between 15 and 16 June in Molfetta, in the Ponente area. This is reported by Google News IT — Crime (it), citing developments in the investigation conducted by the carabinieri.
Three individuals are now arrested in connection with the murder: Michele Parisi, 53 years old, and Ilario Camporeale, 23 years old, considered responsible for the fatal ambush, along with the sixteen-year-old identified as the person who allegedly pulled the trigger. Four other people close to the victim, who in the hours following the crime would have begun planning revenge, are under investigation with orders not to leave; one of these has been arrested.
Five gunshots were fired, two of which were fatal, both to the head. The motive appears to be linked to the division of drug dealing territories in the Apulian city.
In the days preceding the murder, there had been two verbal clashes between La Forgia and the suspected killer, culminating also in a heavy exchange on social networks. On the night of the crime, the armed commando first approached, threatened and beat a friend of the victim, then forcing him to call her to arrange a meeting. Instead, the attackers were waiting for him.
Witnesses to the scene were La Forgia's girlfriend, who was driving the vehicle and took him to hospital, another person and the friend used to set the trap.
