Drug dealing in Naples: 31-year-old arrested with marijuana and packaging material

The State Police have arrested a 31-year-old man with a previous criminal record for drug trafficking, as reported by Google News IT — Crime (it). The operation is part of extraordinary services ordered by the Naples Police Headquarters to combat drug trafficking and possession in the area.
Yesterday afternoon, officers from the Vasto-Arenaccia Police Station, engaged in territory patrol, noticed the man in vico Milano, at the corner with vico Venezia, while handing something to another individual in exchange for a banknote. The latter then quickly walked away.
The police intervened promptly, stopping the 31-year-old and finding him in possession of 16 sachets of marijuana weighing approximately 20 grammes in total and 90 euros in banknotes of various denominations.
Considering it possible that additional evidence related to the facts under investigation could be present, the officers extended the search to the man's home. In the apartment, a further 20 sachets of the same substance were found, weighing approximately 25 grammes, along with various material for packaging the drug.
The 31-year-old was subsequently arrested by the officers.
