The man was also under investigation for disruption of public services and was administratively sanctioned for drunkenness.

Officers from the General Prevention and Public Assistance Office intervened at the casualty ward following a report of a disruptive patient. The man was attending a consultation in an examination room when he began threatening and assaulting the doctor who was treating him.

At the time of arrest, he displayed clear signs of psychological and physical impairment connected to alcohol abuse. He was placed at the disposal of the judicial authorities. The Prefect of Police of Turin also issued a verbal warning with prescriptions against the 36-year-old. The proceedings are in the preliminary investigation phase.
