43-year-old arrested with marijuana and €23,000 in cash in Torre Annunziata
State Police have arrested a 43-year-old man in Torre Annunziata for possession of drugs with intent to supply. More than 650 grammes of marijuana and over €23,000 in cash were found in his home.

Google News IT — Crime (it) reports that yesterday afternoon officers from the Torre Annunziata Police Station, with support from the Police Dog Unit of the General Prevention and Public Relief Office, arrested a 43-year-old man for unlawful possession of narcotic substances with intent to supply.
During a search of the suspect's home, police officers found a jar containing 16 packages of marijuana weighing approximately 34 grammes in total, a further package of the same substance weighing approximately 2 grammes, packaging material and over €23,000 in banknotes of various denominations.
The search also extended to a garage space, where inside two suitcases officers found a bag containing approximately 650 grammes of marijuana, a knife with a blade covered in narcotic substance, a precision scale and further packaging material.
Following these findings, the 43-year-old was arrested by the officers on duty.
