Man from Ceneselli sentenced to 11 years for sexual abuse of two minors
The Rovigo court has sentenced a 53-year-old to 11 years and six months for abuse of girls aged 14 and 17 between 2022 and 2024.
Sentence of 11 years for sexual abuse of two underage girls in Rovigo
The Rovigo court has issued a sentence of 11 years and six months in prison against a 53-year-old from Ceneselli, according to ANSA Cronaca. The man was found guilty of sexual abuse of two underage girls, aged 14 and 17 at the time of the facts, with whom he lived in the same residence.
The offences occurred between 2022 and 2024. At the time of the sentence, the defendant was already in prison for the same charge and was subject to a prohibition on approaching the victims.
In addition to the custodial sentence, the judge ordered a ban from any school position and from any role in institutions or facilities frequented predominantly by minors. A security measure was also applied lasting one year, which prohibits the man from approaching places regularly frequented by minors or from carrying out activities involving regular contact with them.
The convicted person must also keep law enforcement constantly informed of his residence and any movements.
