Digital monitoring services detected an advertisement published on social media in which the suspect was offering five old projectiles for sale, claiming they dated from the colonial period in northern Morocco.
Technical investigations and ground-based searches made it possible to identify the author of the post. He was arrested in Tangier and the projectiles were seized.
These are currently undergoing ballistic examinations intended to determine their exact nature and degree of dangerousness.
