Officers searched the residence and loft of the building where the 20-year-old Prudnik resident was staying. During the operation, they discovered five tightly sealed string bags filled with green plant material, three additional plastic bags containing plant material, and three boxes holding a plastic substance with a distinctive odour.
The young man was detained and charged with possession of a significant quantity of narcotics. The criminal code provides for a sentence of up to ten years imprisonment for this offence.
