The body of a 29-year-old woman was found in undergrowth in Jędrzejów. Police officers and emergency responders were unable to save her life. A night-time operation involving nearly 150 officers resulted in the arrest of a teenager.

In Jędrzejów (Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship), the body of a 29-year-old woman was discovered. The incident occurred during the night from Thursday to Friday. A report of a person lying in bushes was received by the district police headquarters just before midnight.
Officers who were the first to arrive at the scene began resuscitation. Emergency medical responders took over the operation, but were unable to save the woman's life.
Initial examination indicated that death may not have been natural. As a result, the district police commander declared an alert for his subordinate units. Nearly 150 people were directed to search for the perpetrator — including officers from the Prevention Division of the Police in Kielce, handlers with dogs, and drone operators.
As a result of the dynamic operation, at approximately 3:00 a.m., a 19-year-old was arrested in the city area. The man was taken to a detention cell following medical examination.
Investigators are clarifying all the circumstances of this case.
