The Rysicz brothers — Ukrainian gangsters — were secret informants for Polish services
The Rysicz brothers, Ukrainian criminals running escort agencies in which they allegedly recorded prominent politicians and businessmen, simultaneously served as paid informants for the Polish state. Under an arrangement reached, the authorities tolerated their activities based on human trafficking for years.
These findings, published by Onet and "Goniec", shed new light on the so-called "Polish Epstein affair". The case was previously known mainly because of recordings at escort agencies in the Subcarpathian region. Now it turns out that the criminal organisation could have operated under the protection of the services.
