Agents of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau have detained Maciej Ś., former head of the National Broadcasting Council, and Cezary J. The Prosecutor's Office in Rzeszów is conducting proceedings regarding the Polish National Foundation.

In Rzeszów, interrogations of two men detained by anti-corruption investigators are underway. One of them is Maciej Ś., who previously headed the National Broadcasting Council. The second detainee is Cezary J.
The case concerns the activities of the Polish National Foundation's board in 2017. This organisation was established by seventeen enterprises with the participation of the State Treasury. According to the prosecution, during the financing of the "Fair Courts" campaign, there may have been an exceeding of competence and failure to perform duties. The estimated loss exceeds eight million zloty.
In the evening, one of the suspects was charged and released from detention. The interrogation of the second man was still ongoing.
