Prominent journalist Leszek Kraskowski has been remanded in custody on suspicion of making criminal threats against the police commander in Piaseczno. Following the case, his wife Violetta Kraskowska has spoken out, describing years of violence in her marriage in an interview with Onet.
"Over the years I called for help countless times," Violetta Kraskowska says. As an example, she points to an incident in Ursynów when her husband grabbed her and threatened her with a glass bottle, then barricaded himself in the flat.
The woman also speaks of an incident that allegedly occurred between her current partner and Kraskowski. However, the details of this event have not been disclosed.
The journalist's arrest came after he allegedly made criminal threats against the police commander in Piaseczno. The case is currently under investigation.
