Officers from the criminal investigation division detained a 32-year-old man in Elbląg suspected of possessing narcotic substances. In his flat, officers discovered plastic packages containing approximately 100 grammes of drugs, including amphetamine and mephedrone, which the man had stored in a freezer compartment of his refrigerator.
The detainee was charged with possession of a significant quantity of psychotropic substances. This offence carries a penalty of up to 10 years' imprisonment under the Penal Code.
