Gang of pimps with woman leader charged. They exploited a person with disabilities
The prosecutor's office in Zamość has brought charges against five people forming a criminal group involved in prostitution. A 38-year-old woman directed the activity, and among the victims was a person with intellectual disability.

The Zamość prosecutor's office charged five people with participation in a criminal structure whose purpose was to coerce women into prostitution and profit from their sexual services.
At the head of the organisation stood 38-year-old Oliwia S. Her role consisted of publishing advertisements online, renting apartments, organising meetings with clients and establishing the terms of cooperation.
The remaining four — Jacek S., Sebastian S., Damian M. and Anna P. — were involved in recruiting women, persuading them to engage in the sex trade, assisting in the provision of such services and ensuring protection. They also took a share of money from clients.
They conducted their activity from August 2024 in various cities across the country, including Biłgoraj, Zamość, Warsaw, Grudziądz and Toruń.
In the course of the investigation, it was established that at least six women worked in this structure. One of them — a 27-year-old with intellectual disability, homeless — was particularly victimised. The perpetrators exploited her difficult life situation, and one of the men committed sexual acts against her.
Three of the accused — Oliwia S., Jacek S. and Sebastian S. — pleaded guilty. Damian M. and Anna P. denied committing the alleged acts. All five are currently in custody. Participation in an organised criminal group and human trafficking carries a sentence of up to twenty years' imprisonment.
