In the vicinity of the village of Górka in Brzeski County, police officers discovered the remains of an unidentified woman in the Vistula River. To date, they have been unable to establish the identity of the deceased.

Małopolska officers have released a detailed description and photographs of items found with the remains. The woman's image has undergone computer reconstruction.

According to the description, she may have been approximately 160–165 cm tall. She had dark hair, probably dyed blonde. She was found wearing a grey jacket, navy trousers and black sports shoes. A pink bag was also found near the body.
