Police dismantled two drug networks – in Wodzisław Śląski and Bydgoszcz. In total, 14 people were apprehended and drugs worth more than 10 million zlotys were secured.

Two anti-drug operations: Silesia and Bydgoszcz
The news portal wiadomosci.gazeta.pl provided details of two separate police actions targeting drug trafficking – one carried out at the end of May in Wodzisław Śląski, the other on 9 June in Bydgoszcz.
Wodzisław Śląski: 30-year-old with network of flats and email account
Officers apprehended a 30-year-old resident of Wodzisław County. Searches covered his place of residence and flats rented by him in the Wodzisław and Rybnik counties. In total, more than 200 kg of narcotic substances were secured, including amphetamine, methamphetamine, 3-CMC (klofedron) and hexen, as well as several thousand tablets – including those for erectile dysfunction. Officers valued all the material at more than 10 million zlotys.
"All these substances will be thoroughly tested by an expert, the composition of the secured tablets will also be analysed. They appeared to be substances in original packaging," said Sergeant Major Małgorzata Koniarska from the Wodzisław Police Headquarters.
Mobile phones, computer equipment, label printers, scanners and electronic scales were also found with the detainee. Distribution took place through parcel lockers – customers contacted the dealer via email and internet messenger. The perpetrators deliberately chose parcel lockers in small towns, counting on the lack of surveillance. However, it was precisely the camera recordings that proved to be the key lead that directed police officers to the first apprehended person.
In addition to the 30-year-old, police apprehended two women – aged 28 and 34 – responsible for dispatching parcels with illegal goods. The prosecutor charged the man with possession of a significant quantity of drugs, their introduction into circulation and participation in an organised crime group. The District Court in Wodzisław Śląski remanded him in custody for three months. The younger of the women was charged with providing narcotic substances as part of a crime group, the older with aiding and abetting the same act. Both were placed under police supervision. All three face up to 15 years' imprisonment. The investigation is being conducted by the District Prosecutor's Office in Wodzisław Śląski.
Bydgoszcz: 11 apprehended, links to pseudo-football hooligans
An operation by the Białystok Central Bureau of Investigation Police took place on 9 June in Bydgoszcz. Eleven people aged 22 to 44 were apprehended – seven men and four women, including three siblings.
"During proceedings, approximately 2 kg of drugs were secured, including cannabis other than fibre varieties, MDMA, amphetamine, 3-CMC and others," said Agnieszka Adamska-Okońska, spokesperson for the District Prosecutor's Office in Bydgoszcz.
Interior and Administration Minister Marcin Kierwiński stated on the X platform that two of the apprehended people were linked to the environment of pseudo-football hooligans associated with one of Bydgoszcz's sports clubs. The District Prosecutor's Office in Bydgoszcz is supervising the investigation initiated on 23 January of this year. All suspects were charged with introducing significant quantities of narcotic and psychotropic substances into circulation, and seven of them – with participation in an organised crime group. Six of them will face three-month remand in custody; the rest were granted police supervision with a ban on leaving the country. For the crimes committed, they face from 2 to 12 years' imprisonment.
