The trial of Mariusz P. – a relative of former education minister Przemysław Czarnek and former chairman of the city council Piotr Kowalczyk – is to begin anew. The information was established by the Onet.pl portal.

The case, which was already in its final stages and a verdict could soon have been reached, has been transferred to another judge due to the prolonged absence of the previous judge due to illness. This means the entire court proceedings must be repeated. However, this time the case may progress more quickly.
