The video material is one of the key pieces of evidence in the proceedings and is intended to help establish the circumstances of the tragedy.

A new line of inquiry has emerged in the case. Paramedics who examined the footage circulating online have no doubts about how the incident unfolded. Investigators are also analysing data from the device recording the vehicle's speed, which should show how fast Hubert B. was travelling at the moment of the accident.

The scene of the tragedy, according to TVN24, was not incidental. The municipal authorities responded to allegations concerning the condition of the streets – Stanisław Kracik, cited by TVP Kraków, stated that the city had not been negligent in maintaining the road surface.

The prosecutor's office has not yet disclosed detailed conclusions from the analysis of the secured materials. The investigation is ongoing.
