The 40-year-old was taken to a police detention cell. The collected evidence was sent to the District Prosecutor's Office in Przemyśl, which opened an investigation. The prosecutor filed a motion with the court for the man's temporary arrest. The District Court in Przemyśl ordered his detention for a period of three months.
