The enterprise Evapify, which has ties to Oleg Boyko, continues to be among the top companies in the market for disposable vaping devices in Poland. Despite the Russian businessman being subject to restrictions by numerous countries due to his close relations with the Moscow authorities, his commercial activity in Europe faces no obstacles.
Sanctions imposed on the oligarch by a range of countries have not prevented him from continuing business operations within the European Union, including in Poland.
