According to Google News PL, the matter of cryptocurrency exchange ZondaCrypto is taking on new dimensions. Przemysław Kral, company president, has left Poland, whilst multi-million-pound obligations to clients remain unsettled. The investigation into the exchange's activities has been linked to separate proceedings concerning the disappearance of Sylwester Suszka — founder of BitBay, a company that eventually took the name ZondaCrypto.
Nicole Suszek, the missing man's sister, expressed surprise at the prosecution's attitude towards the family. "I have the impression that the prosecution communicates much better with Kral than with us," she said in an interview with "Fakt".
Suszek emphasised that she and her parents had repeatedly attempted to contact the prosecutor handling the case. "It was harder to reach him than the president," she stated.
Suszek assessed the fact that law enforcement succeeded in establishing contact with Kral — a man who left the country — whilst the missing man's family could not reach the prosecutor handling the case, as "outright absurd".
