Youtuber Stuu extradited from the United Kingdom, detained in Warsaw remand centre
Stuart K.-B., known as Stuu, has been brought to Poland following months of legal proceedings. He faces paedophilia charges and up to 12 years in prison.

According to wiadomosci.wp.pl, 32-year-old Stuart K.-B., known online as Stuu, landed on Thursday at Warsaw's Chopin Airport on a scheduled flight. Police officers and investigators were waiting for him on the tarmac, and immediately transported him to remand.
The creator's return to Poland was the result of months of extradition proceedings before British courts. In July of this year, the British judicial system finally agreed to hand the man over to Polish law enforcement authorities.
The case dates back to October 2023, when another internet creator, Sylwester Wardęga, published material revealing recordings and messages indicating that prominent Polish influencers may have maintained improper contact with minors. This scandal became known as Pandora Gate.
In the same month, the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw issued a decision to bring charges against Stuart K.-B. These concern the sexual abuse of girls under the age of 15 — these acts allegedly took place between summer 2015 and August 2018 — as well as the provision of alcohol to minors. One of them was reportedly a girl who was a victim of a sexual offence in 2018.
Based on the Polish arrest warrant, the creator faces a sentence of up to 12 years imprisonment.
Stuu was detained in the United Kingdom in October 2023. The British court approved extradition as early as the beginning of last year, however the man consistently filed appeals in an attempt to block the extradition procedure. In his defence, he argued among other things that the Polish judge who issued the arrest warrant acted under political pressure — in doing so, he cited public statements made by then-prime minister Mateusz Morawiecki regarding the prosecution of those involved in the Pandora Gate scandal.
The London court, after reviewing the case, rejected these arguments, holding that there were no legal obstacles preventing the suspect from being handed over to Polish authorities.
Stuart K.-B. was born and raised in the United Kingdom, holding both Polish and British citizenship. He moved to Poland in 2014 and quickly became one of the leading figures in Polish YouTube — his channel featuring Minecraft gameplay as well as entertainment and lifestyle content amassed over 4.1 million subscribers, whilst his Instagram profile was followed by 1.8 million people.
Several years before the scandal broke, the creator withdrew from activity on social media and returned to the United Kingdom, explaining his departure as being necessary to care for his mother, who had cancer. His future will now be decided by the Polish courts.
