Police are appealing for assistance in locating a man suspected in the violent death of a 23-year-old woman at a residential complex in the Caguas area.

On Monday, Puerto Rico's police force issued an appeal to the public to provide leads on the location of a 41-year-old man, identified as Jonathan González Corporán, who is linked as a person of interest in the violent death of Caroline Michelle Morales Ramos.
The young woman, aged 23, was found dead on 16 June at approximately 6:47 p.m. inside a room in building number 3 of the Extensión Sábalos Gardens residential complex.
The victim presented a gunshot wound to the chest, which prompted authorities to activate special procedures for cases of femicide.
