Puerto Rico Police published the updated list of ten most-wanted fugitives in the Bayamón police district in October 2026, according to primerahora.com. The fugitives face charges ranging from attempted murder and weapons law violations to robbery, breaking and entering, and domestic violence.
Javier Rivera Olivieri, 52 years old, tops the list with the highest bail amount: $1.2 million. The charges against him include attempted murder, weapons law violations and violations of the Law for the Prevention and Intervention of Domestic Violence (Law 54).
According to the investigation, the facts occurred in July 2026. Rivera Olivieri allegedly pursued his ex-partner on the highway, from the Machuchal sector in Vega Alta to the vicinity of a megastore in Toa Baja. During the journey, he allegedly drew a firearm and fired on several occasions against the vehicle in which the woman was travelling with her two minor children. The victim suffered a traffic accident as a consequence of the situation. He is also charged with sending text messages with threats.
Six other people on the list face charges for violations of Law 54, also related to domestic violence.
Josué Cruz Villanueva is among those sought for charges of robbery, breaking and entering and weapons law violations, with a bail of $250,000.
For violations of Vehicle Law, authorities are seeking Ángel Enrique Vega Rosa—bail of $20,000—and Bladimir Rodríguez Bonano, whose bail was set at $100,000.
Police requested that members of the public with information about the whereabouts of any of the fugitives contact them confidentially through the numbers designated for that purpose.
