A 17-year-old was captured by the GNR from Montijo accused of several robberies with a bladed weapon committed over three months.

A 17-year-old boy was arrested by criminal investigation officers from the GNR in Montijo, suspected of a series of robberies committed with a knife in the municipality of Moita.
The crimes are believed to have taken place over three months, between February and May of this year. The minor is believed to have used a bladed weapon to threaten and coerce the people robbed.
The arrest was made on Tuesday. At the time of capture, the military personnel seized the knife that the young man is believed to have used in the crimes.
After being heard by a judge at Barreiro courthouse, the teenager was subjected to a measure of preventive custody.
