14-year-old Pakistani adolescent stabbed in Loures in serious condition
A 14-year-old youth was stabbed in the head and shoulder near Águias de Camarate field in Loures. The Judicial Police were alerted on suspicion of attempted murder.
Youth stabbed in early morning near Águias de Camarate field
A 14-year-old adolescent of Pakistani nationality was stabbed in the early hours of Wednesday near Águias de Camarate field in Loures and transported in serious condition to Hospital de São José in Lisbon. The case was reported by Correio da Manhã based on police sources.
The alert reached the PSP at 00h30. Members of the public passing through the area heard the minor's calls for help and contacted the authorities. Officers found the victim lying on the ground with injuries to the left shoulder and the back of the neck.
Firefighters and a team from an Emergency Medical and Resuscitation Vehicle (VMER) provided assistance to the adolescent at the scene before transport to the Lisbon hospital.
The PSP took charge of the incident and, given that it was suspected attempted murder, immediately alerted the Judicial Police.
