On the night of 6 June, officers from the 62nd Police Station of the PSP in Queluz arrested an individual accused of selling illicit substances. The arrest resulted from a surveillance patrol in the area, when the police officers decided to inspect a motorcycle in circulation.
During the approach, the officers discovered eighteen packages containing drugs, sixty portions of cannabis and a sum of 3,155 euros in banknotes. The material was confiscated for further analysis.
The suspect was formally constituted as an arguido and received an order to appear before the judges, who will define the restrictions to be imposed during the process. The investigation continues under the authority of the judicial authorities.
