Two men arrested in flagrante for theft from residence in Santo Tirso
The PSP detained two suspects, aged 20 and 22, after a burglary at a house on Rua do Juncal. Watches, jewellery, wines and foreign coins were recovered.

Correio da Manhã reports that two men, aged 20 and 22, were detained by the PSP on the night of Thursday, 25 September, on suspicion of theft from a residence in Santo Tirso, on Rua do Juncal.
The detention occurred in flagrante delicto, after a witness alerted the authorities upon spotting unknown individuals entering the property.
Agents located a vehicle parked in the vicinity with people inside. The vehicle belonged to one of the suspects. Inside the car, several articles allegedly taken from the residence were found: seven watches, a gold-coloured metal chain, a bracelet, sweet wines, a jewellery box, a commemorative medal, and notes and foreign coins, including escudos.
All the items were seized and subsequently returned to the owner. The two men were presented to the judicial authorities and the case was referred to investigation.
