A woman resident in Madeira, identified as Carolina, is the subject of several fraud complaints submitted to the PSP, as revealed by the "Doa a Quem Doer" programme from Correio da Manhã.
The suspect presents herself as an aesthetic surgeon and offers surgical procedures despite having no qualifications to do so. In addition to the procedures, she also sells courses in the field of aesthetics.
One of the victims suffered burns after being deceived by the fake professional. The programme's team confronted Carolina, but she refused to provide any clarification.
The PSP has already received several complaints against the woman, who is under investigation by the authorities.
