Eleven individuals formed a criminal network that, between August 2024 and June 2025, robbed twelve banking and currency exchange establishments, stealing a total of €916,000. To conceal their identities, the suspects used wigs, false moustaches and delivery service rucksacks from companies such as Glovo and Bolt. They also employed a firearm during their operations.
The Public Prosecutor's Office has already filed charges against the members of the group, who face multiple offences, including criminal association. The investigation culminated in the identification and prosecution of the eleven suspects involved in the spate of robberies that extended over approximately ten months.
