A GNR operation resulted in the detention of two individuals in the Porto area, following an assault on a commercial establishment in Marco de Canaveses. The two men, aged 30 and 40, attempted to escape at high speed, but were intercepted after a pursuit that lasted more than fifty kilometres.
The security force revealed that the vehicle used by the thieves displayed a forged registration plate.
